Possible refund cases

• Duplicate charges
• Confirmed payment errors
• Confirmed technical issues on our side that cannot be resolved in reasonable time

Cases that may be refused

• Fraud or abuse indicators
• Chargeback-related misuse
• Consumed digital service where the purchase was already used
